Wow! We have come back from holiday to a truly DIY SOS experience.
What can we say.Our new bathroom looks amazing. It looks so different. Even I'm making excuses now to clean the bathroom. We are so impressed with the fitting of the bathroom as well as how clean and tidy the house was left. We can't deny we were slightly worried in leaving the house and the fitting of our new bathroom in the hands of a company that we knew very little about. However right from the beginning during our initial contact and throughout the project from start to end we felt very comfortable dealing with you. Appointments were always promptly carried out and we always felt comfortable with the answers given to any of our questions.We hope the snow didn't give you too many problems. We must admit to checking what the weather was like back home several times when we were away, and wondering if the bathroom would be finished by the time we got back home. We knew however that everything was ok when our son who insisted to be the first to see the new bathroom shouted downstairs "Oh Wow."
